At the end, internees are able to:
Demonstrate skills in gathering relevant data and history taking to inform clinical decision-making.
1. Apply concepts of normal/abnormal behavior to case diagnosis.
2. Conduct an effective risk assessment.
3. Outline the basic principles of counseling.
4. Identify indications for application of these skills in relevant settings.
5. Demonstrate effective counseling skills.
6. Provide psychosocial support.
7. Select, administer, score, and interpret common psychometric tests.
